Heat Press Instructions

We recommend pressing our transfers at 160ºC temperature and 90PSI pressure.

Different materials will need to be pressed for different times.
Cotton: 10-15 seconds press
Polyester: 5-10 seconds press

*While not compulsory, we recommend the use of a teflon sheet for each press. The easiest way is to just attach the teflon sheet to your pressing plate permannetly!

Can I use an iron at home?

The quick answer is no, we don’t recommend using an iron as it does not apply evenly distributed heat and pressure which will definitely affect the longevity of the transfers. You need both pressure and even heat to correctly activate the adhesive so that it adheres correctly.

DTF transfer not adhering to the product?

This is 9 times out of 10 an issue with pressure, either too little or too much pressure is being applied or the pressure being applied is uneven. Increase your pressure or if there are buttons, seams or zips making the surface uneven using a heat press pillow will help.
